About Me:

I've been active all of my life, sports through high school and college, working out regularly as an adult. I am realizing as I get older I can't do the heavy, high intensity workouts any longer.

I always wanted to be a personal trainer.  In 2003, I asked the recreation director at our local community center if I got my certification would he hire me.  He said yes.  I was certified in 2004 and started my trainer/group fitness journey.   I originally thought I would only do one on one training. Over time I started doing group fitness and found that to be very satisfying.  It's time to keep up with the times and move to online training.
