Group training:
Group fitness - Low impact total body workouts consisting of light weight and high reps with an emphasis on core. No two workouts are the same. I have found that by doing this you will get variety and won't lose interest while continually improving. If you are new to training or starting back up, I will encourage you to do what you can and continually improve. I provide different levels of difficulty if you are more experienced.
Duration: 30 minutes workouts with the option to view online workouts.

Conduct 30 minute online spin classes with the option of pre-recorded classes. I have developed the class so those with an elliptical can also participate.
